Excellent Service - We will use again!
Wanted to have all wireless remotes programmed and wired remotes set up. Above and beyond service. All completed perfectly.
We had 4 doors installed by a contractor, MCD adjusted and corrected them, and even did maintenance on all of them.
Our service tech was Mr Willie - Highly recommended!

Unfortunately they didn’t give a time for my appointment or would’ve given a five star review. They did give a call before arrival, which Patty said to expect. Evaluated immediately with a cost, and was in and out in about a half hour. Excellent service and knowledgeable, giving tips on our other door after inspection and inquiring how to not have this happen again. Glad to have them servicing our doors which were purchased from them by the previous owners.

Erin was the best! On time, knowledgable, polite, neat. He was so fast with my new opener install!
Seemless. Programmed my extra remotes and showed me manual on my new Genie opener and how to do setup to use my phone to open door. I would recommend Magic City Door to anyone! And ask for Erin!!! Best service experience I have ever gotten.

I had a great experience with Magic City Door! From the first call to the final installation, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options before getting started.
